Valentines day is just one month away! (Gentleman, get in gear!)
E-tailers may be winding down from the '09 holidays, but they have to be prepared for the next wave of online shoppers that will be hitting the stores any day now. In addition to all of the promotions, discounts, and robust marketing initiatives, online retailers must have a Retargeting campaign ready to roll!
Earlier this week, FetchBack released data from last year's Valentine's season that retailers are able to achieve 600% or more ROI on their Retargeting campaigns. It doesn't take much time or technical implementation to get started with a Retargeting campaign; and the results are well worth it!
2009 has been a fantastic year for FetchBack! From doubling our employee base, increasing our client retention rate to 96%, and working with more clients than ever before - our heads are still spinning from all of the excitement! Thank you to all of our clients and partners for an amazing year!
Here are some of our favorite memories from 2009: (in no particular order!)
1. FetchBack Family Picnic! Great food, great people - who can ask for more??
2. Being named one of the "Best Places to work in Arizona"!
3. Partnering with Coremetrics (we are the first Retargeting provider in the AdTarget Program!)
4. The quietest Pinata Breaking EVER!
5. Game Day at FetchBack!
6. Coffee Taste Tests
7. Good times with good people at trade shows!
It's been a great year! Thanks to everyone for making it possible! 2010 will be a phenomenal year - let's get to it!
Earlier this week I posted a video from a FetchBack 'Thank You' gone wrong. (check it out here)
ARS, the company that initially sent us the whirly toys of doom today sent us a great video, showing how we can use our FetchBack boomerang to get lost customers to convert!
Great Video! Thanks and Kudos to Ryan,Adam and the team at ARS for the video!
It's the holiday season, and today we received a box full of these plastic flying thingies - (thingies is what I call them b/c I'm not sure of the actual name. They are little whirly toys....)
To send a unique 'Thank You' to the client that sent them, we tried to orchestrate a picture where the FetchBack team was standing, with the toys as they few through the air. It was a great idea! The implementation was a bit flawed....
It's the holiday season, and yesterday a client sent a delicious tin of popcorn to their Retargeting Strategist (what we refer to as an 'RS' for short) as a gift. This was one of those tins that had the three different sections of popcorn goodness; cheese, caramel, and regular. Definitely a crowd favorite.
The thoughtful RS decided to share his loot with the rest of the FetchBack team. At 3:25pm he sent an email to all employees inviting them to enjoy some popcorn, which he had since placed in the kitchen.
At 3:43pm I went in the kitchen to grab a handful (those that know me, know that I LOVE popcorn) and this is what I was met with:
Really? An empty tin?
That means that we managed to annihilate that thing in less than 20 minutes!
Oiy. Lesson learned - in the FetchBack Family, you act fast, or you don't act at all.
FetchBack has been active on Twitter for quite a bit of time now. We have sent over 300 tweets pertaining to both our specialty, online retargeting, and the online marketing industry as a whole. We thought we would now throw a curve ball at you and give back to our twitter friends!
FetchBack, along with another Phoenix based company, Fairytale Brownies, is launching a free Twitter give-a-way (would that be called a Twitteraway? Twittaway? I digress…)
Two times per week, we will ask any and all “Tweeps” to RT a phrase about FetchBack and Fairytale Brownies. We will randomly choose a winner at the end of the day and this person will receive a free brownie gift pack from Fairytale Brownies. And let me tell you, these are not just ordinary brownies, there are absolutely delicious….I mean like really, really good…seriously.
